I am more than happy to do custom work. I can adjust the length of stranding and make complimentary pieces such as earrings & bracelets to match. If you need accessories for a special occasion or to match a favorite outfit, I would love to create that piece for you. Warranty, Repair, Replacement Policy

I strive to provide a high quality product and high quality service, if any piece fails due to workmanship rather than wear and tear or extreme conditions, I will repair it at no charge. Examples of workmanship issues would be a faulty clasp, a jump ring coming apart, or a crimp breaking and/or slipping. There is an intrinsic delicacy to stones and wire work and these pieces may not tolerate being dropped on hard surfaces or being yanked on by small children. If problems like this occur, I am happy to try and restore the piece to it's original form (a $20 minimum charge is applied). All stones and some beads are one of a kind and cannot be replaced if lost or broken, but again, I am willing to try and match approximate color and style as closely as possible to the original form depending on the availability of materials. Please send a picture to my email if possible, fees start at $20 for a basic fix and go up depending on the cost of materials needed for the repair and for the labor too.
